Before any concrete is mixed, we visit your kitchen or outdoor space and measure the cabinets, base or island. We build a template that captures the exact footprint, the location of the sink and cooktop, and the edge profile you want. This template becomes the blueprint for the custom forms.
Because the slab is cast to your space rather than cut from a larger piece, there are no seams in the wrong place and no wasted material. An indoor kitchen countertop can wrap an island with a single pour, and an outdoor bar counter can be shaped to fit a grill station perfectly.
After the concrete cures, we grind and hone the surface to your chosen finish, then seal it. The same finishing techniques we use on polished concrete floors and pool deck surfaces ensure a durable, beautiful result.

Measure and template
We visit the space, measure the cabinets or base, and create a template showing the exact shape, edge profile, finish, colour, and all cut-out locations.
Fabricate custom forms
Forms are built to the template with reinforcement placed to prevent cracking across the span. Cut-outs for sinks and cooktops are blocked out precisely.
Pour and cure the slab
The concrete is cast into the forms, vibrated to remove air pockets, and cured either in our shop or on-site depending on size and access.
Finish, seal and install
The surface is ground and honed to the finish you selected, sealed against stains and heat, then set level on the cabinets or base.

Yes. Every indoor concrete countertop is templated to your exact cabinets and cast in custom forms, with sink and cooktop cut-outs placed where they belong, not trimmed from a stock slab.
Sealed concrete resists stains and heat well and is harder than it looks, but like any counter it is not indestructible. We seal it properly and give you the simple care steps that keep it looking new for years.
Square, eased, bullnose and custom edges, with honed, polished or lightly textured surfaces. We confirm the edge, finish and colour on the template visit so the cast counter matches what you pictured.
Either, depending on size and access. Smaller counters are often cast in our shop and installed finished; larger or wrap-around counters may be cast in place. We confirm which on the estimate.
