Plan for thermal cycling
We confirm the temperature range, the moisture and vapor profile, the equipment loads and how the freezer cycles, and pick a system that matches the environment, not just the spec sheet.
Address vapor and base
We test for moisture, evaluate the base and existing slab condition, and address vapor transmission and base issues before any coating goes down.
Pour or coat for sub-zero
For new pours we install slabs sized for the load with the proper thermal break and reinforcement; for coatings we apply the thermal-cycling-rated system to manufacturer spec.
Cure and bring temperature down
